Although I really despise the political right wing outlet called ‘Fox News’, this week they published a half-way decent article bestowing the virtues of acupuncture for allergies. Yeah the study they cited is 3 years old, however acupuncture can reduce inflammation and calm down a sympathetic dominant nervous system. This very well can be the mechanism to its success for allergies. Read the entire article here:
