By Car: ….from Jamaicaway Outbound:

1. Head south on Jamaicaway crossing Longwood Avenue and Brookline Ave.
   At first traffic light after Brookline Ave take a LEFT onto Bynner St.
2. Go up hill to traffic light. (the cross street is South Huntington).
   The MSPCA will be across the street on your right. Stay on Bynner crossing over S. Huntington. (MSPCA on your right).
3. Come to a stop sign and take a RIGHT onto Day St.
4. This brings you out to a traffic circle on Center St.
   Follow directions below “from Center Street”

By Car: ….from Jamaicaway Inbound:

1. Get yourself to south of Jamaica Pond at crazy rotary of Pond St, Arborway and Jamaicaway. Follow Jamaicaway with Pond on left. At first traffic light after rotary take a RIGHT onto Perkins St.
2. Head down Perkins crossing over South Huntington (traffic light) with MSPCA on left.
3. This brings you out to a traffic circle on Center St. Follow directions below “from Center Street”

By Car: ….from Center Street:

1. Take a LEFT onto Center Street going around the island.
2. Take first immediate RIGHT onto Sheridan St. (right after Brendhan Behan Pub and eatery)
3. After your first speed-bump you take a RIGHT onto Termine Ave. (very narrow steep street, first or second gear)
   You’ll pass the home/office going up hill, as it is the 3rd and last house on left, pinkish and with strawberry trim.
4. Park in reserved parking space #1 or #4 at top of hill on your left . (The reserved parking signs are on the wooden fence).Alternatively you may want to park on Sheridan and walk up Termine, especially if you have a large vehicle.
5. Come in first door on right (#6 Termine Ave), take off your shoes and go upstairs.
   Have seat and make yourself cozy on couch or recliner as I may still be in session. I’ll be with you very shortly.

By MBTA… Orange Line Subway: 7 minute walk, invigorating mostly uphill.

1. Get off at Stony Brook T stop. (the stop between Jackson Square and Green St).
2. Head out of T station and take a RIGHT out of building. Continue RIGHT around building and go down steps.
3. Cross street (Lamartine St) and walk up Paul Gore St which is on your right. (one way walking up hill against traffic flow).
4. Take 2nd RIGHT onto Chestnut St.
5. Take 1st LEFT onto Sheridan. (one way walking up hill against flow of traffic).
6. Take 1st LEFT onto Cranston St. (horseshoe shaped street, curves around to right.). After brick house on right there will be some parking spaces and a pinkish house with strawberry trim. This is the home office, 6 Termine Ave.
7. Take a RIGHT on Termine (no sign), walking down incline to first house on right. Walk in first door (#6), take off your shoes and go upstairs. Have seat and make yourself cozy on couch or recliner as I may still be in session. I’ll be with you very shortly.

By MBTA… #39 Bus: less than 5 minute walk.

1. Get off at Perkins and South Huntington Intersection.
2. Walk down Perkins towards JP, away from Jamaica Pond. (MSPCA is on your left, its a long brick wall) You’ll come into Hyde Square - There will be a center island.
3. Cross center Street so that you end up taking a LEFT on Center Street.
4. Take a RIGHT onto Sheridan. Walk up hill. The Brendan Behan pub, tattoo parlor and Latin eatery are all near the corner of Sheridan and Center.
5. Take 2nd RIGHT onto Termine Ave. Fairly steep hill. We are the 3rd house on LEFT. Pinkish color w/strawberry trim.
6. Come in first door on right (#6 Termine Ave), take off your shoes and go upstairs. Have seat and make yourself cozy on couch or recliner as I may still be in session. I’ll be with you very shortly.
